I recently went to HRC for the second time for hair replacement. I again did a lot of research, like I did ten years ago the first time I did it, and looked in to clinics in Columbus and Cincinnati. I wanted to be sure I was getting quality service and product since I was in a smaller (Dayton) market. But for the second time I was impressed by the professionalism of the HRC's staff and physician, Dr. Nick Agnesi's staff. They were not pushy and talked me through what they recommended and what I was comfortable with selecting. Getting surgery for hair replacement was a big decision and I would say with complete conviction that it was the right choice and that HRC and Dr. Agnesi were the right ones to choose for the procedure. By the way, I RARELY ever leave reviews on this or any site. I did it this time because I want to help anyone who is struggling with the decision of doing the procedure and choice of who to do it with. Hair replacement is not cheap and something you cannot return if you're unhappy Its result are literally one of the first things people will notice about you. I trusted Bob, HRC's owner, and Dr. Agnesi twice and would do it again if I ever decided for another procedure. I highly recommend both. Good luck in your decision.

I had my hair transplant performed in April of 2015. They decided I should have 2000 follicles replaced in the front and about 300 on my crown.. Its been about a year and a half, so I can't remember the doctor's name, but I remember he was kind and very frank and informative during the procedure . I felt no pain when they removed the donor strip in the back of my head to dice and implant to the front. The hardest part is waiting for the hair to grow and it takes about 7 months to really see some results and this can vary by individual.. By one year I was satisfied and it actually takes about 18 months for the the final result meaning all hairs are grown in at full thickness. I was 48 at the time so my growth may be a tad slower than for a younger man. Often it takes a second procedure to get the full thickness some people desire. Hair is like money..you can never have enough ! I did do a second procedure at HRC in July of 2017 with 1400 more follicles and everything is coming in as it should. One needs to remember that you are not going to have the hair thickness you had as an 18 years old and it would look kind of silly if you tried. I'm very happy to have hair to style, part on the side...whatever. I like having hair. Many men look fine bald...I do not !

I've known Bob Rider for about 20 years. I can tell you - he's one of the best in the business and hires great people. And he does great work. Bob stays up on the technologies of the hair replacement world and people that go to HRC just adore him and the staff. I had the pleasure of talking to longtime client Gary. He told me he came to HRC in 2001 - but he left after his circumstances changed. Then, he came back. Very inspiring! Bob and HRC have embraced female hair loss as well. I will never understand a bad review here. It's just not possible. There's a great interview from on their site. Trudy who says, Bob changed her life back in 1998 and still continues to do so. Thanks Bob for being one of the best!
